crivelliПрислали договор из журнала, где собираются напечатать мои английские стихи. Никогда с англо-язычными документами дела не имела и очень надеюсь на ваши советы.
Вот этот пункт внушает мне серьёзные сомнения:
2. Rights Granted. In consideration for publication of the Material in Magazine, Author hereby grants to Magazine an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license (i) to edit, publish and distribute (directly and through third parties) the Material (including any translation thereof), electronically, in print, and through any other medium under the “Magazine” name, and in any related advertising and publicity efforts and (ii) to use Author’s name, biography and likeness in connection with the publication of the Material permitted under this Agreement, and in any related advertising and publicity efforts. It is understood that the Material may remain on the Magazine website in perpetuity. Author hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives any rights Author may have with respect to the Material under any law relating to "moral rights of authors" or any similar law throughout the world. Author retains ownership of and copyright in the Material.
Во-первых, никакого права на редактирование текстов я им, безусловно, давать не собираюсь (помимо того, что я согласилась с их выбором стихов). А во вторых, знает ли кто-нибудь, что включают в себя "moral rights of authors", от которых мне предлагают отказаться?

Во-первых, никакого права на редактирование текстов я им, безусловно, давать не собираюсь (помимо того, что я согласилась с их выбором стихов). А во вторых, знает ли кто-нибудь, что включают в себя "moral rights of authors", от которых мне предлагают отказаться?
